Hi EVERY ONE. Someone had one set of nice looking polk rta 15tl for sale and he is asking 450.00 for it. I like to know what all of you thing they are going for now.I also had one set but it is not as good looking this one is.Thanks Roy:)

    Do you know how they sound. Is there anything wrong with them. I have never heard them but reading older posts they seem to be a very good speaker. If it is a local pick up 450.00 may not be a bad deal.

    They are a very good speaker, especially with their small foot print, and $450 is a fine price. Give them a listen before you buy to make sure they work correctly.

    I got few set of speakers and one is SDA SRS 1.2TL other just SDA SRS and last one is RTA 1.2TL. I love all of them. SDA SRS are like new both set. But RTA had one logo missing on front. Just like to have that set in mint to. I had been talking to that person for last few Month and he did not want to let go that set less then 400.00$. He sad they are like new but have not seen them yet. If all of you thing 400$ is good then I like to pay that. the RTA I got two year ago I only pay 225.00 for them.Thanks to all of you Roy

    Hello every one. This last Sunday I went to pick up RTA 15TL and because of one speaker had bad tweeter I paid only 300 for them.They look like almost new. I like to know what all of you think about replacing both tweeters or just one ?. I got two SL3000 from my SDA1.2tl. Just like to know stay whit old one or replace both whit new one ?. Thanks Roy

    It can't hurt to swap over two tweeters that you know are in good shape.

    What ever you do, use the same type of tweeter in both. I recently changed the tweeters in my RTA11TL's from the SL3000 to the RDO198. To compare, I started with only replacing one. They really didn't sound right. The imaging and timber were off. When I replaced the other, it was joy!

    The SL3000's are decent but most here agree that the RDO198 is an improvement. As a club member they are $48 each from Polk. If you want to stay with the SL3000, I may be able to help you out.
