Speaker cable for coax cable signal

My living room has built in surround sound wiring, and I would like to put my TV on the opposite side of the room from the coax cable connection. Directly next to the coax cable connection are the main inputs for the surround sound wiring. On the wall where I would like to put my TV is one of the speaker plugs.

Would it be possible to route the cable signal through the speaker wire? I'm not sure what the difference between the coax cable and speaker wire would be.

Thank you for the help.
