can i use a pioneer sx-1250 as an amp

i have 2 rta-15tls on a pioneer elite 43tx for my ht. I wanted to know if i can use the sx-1250 as an amp. for the fronts when listning to music any way to do this??? Other than uh hooking and hooking and un hooking the speakers. thanks zippty
