Using 8 ohm speakers for fronts, 6 ohm for surrounds

Gonna be switching out some Yamaha NS-325Fs from my fronts to my surrounds, they are 6 ohm speakers. Will be replacing them with Monitor 70s which are 8 ohms. My fronts and center will be 8, the three rear surrounds will be 6. I plan on setting the receiver (Yamaha RX-V863) to 8 ohms. Is that the way to go? Does it make a helluva lot of difference? I only use the surrounds when I'm watching Blu Rays or DVDs. All TV watching is pretty much just the two fronts in stereo. Thanx for any assistance.

It won't make a huge difference. If the settings are 4 and 8 I would set it to 4 ohms to be safe.
