In the process of installing a LCD on the wall, want to install an "upgraded" power cord from TV to wall outlet behind the tv. I want to keep the TV as close to the wall for that clean look. Most of the power cords i have seen have the female plug that stick outs unlike the stock power cord which the cord comes in from the side on the female plug. Anyone know any companies out there that provide this type of female plugs on their cord?

How about something like this and then choose the PC you want.

funny, i was just thinking if they made an adaptor, that should work, a little pricey but hey..i'll wait a couple days and see if any other companies offer the complete cord..thanks

Edit..found those PS audio adaptors on ebay for $15 shipped

ok i just checked clearance on my lcd and the mounting bracket, the audioquest adaptor wont work, if i get it with center pin up the cord wont clear the mounting bracket, if i get it center pin down the cord will show on bottom portion of LCD,

Lasareath the 1st link you posted is exactly what i need. but i want an upgraded power cord

How about this? Not sure if it'll fit, and may be a bit pricey but...I know I've seen this one around for less.

    Perhaps DIY?

yea i saw that particular cable on PSaudio.com, they have a b-stock at 1/2 price, still very pricey

the more i think of it, i believe the audioquest adaptor should work paired with a .5 meter Signal cable video reference power cord

thanks for all the replies and i'll let you guys know how it works out
