Ok. so I want to get one of these for my 12 yr old nephew.. but I don't know anything about it. every place seems out of stock. Is it available yet? what the difference between it and the regular PSP?

oh- i saw these on sale when I was in japan recently. screen color is more vibrant, but other than that I don't notice much of a difference.
