Need help finding speakers.

My brother-in-law wants to buy speakers for his new den. He clearly stated these are just temporary and doesn't want to spend more than $125 on them.

The requirements for these speakers must be:
- Brand New
- White
- Monitors, used for surround sound.
- <$125

I am not too familar with many speakers outside of Polk. Someone please help!

Atrium 45s from Polk ebay store? Refurbished but everyone says they are indistinguishable from new. Selling now for $119/pr. Plus tax and shipping.
