Deciding on Speakers

Hello everyone!
I am looking to replace all my speakers as part of my HT upgrade, except the sub which is a basic entry level 300W sub. My room is about 12'x25' with seating using about 12'x12' within the room (half lengthwise). Also looking to mount the 4 surrounds in the ceiling which is 7.5' high.
I am looking to get a Pioneer VSX-1018AH-K (7.1), or equivalent when prices come down (Canadian pricing is all MSRP for the models I want atm  ) and adding Blu-Ray
In Canada the pickings are slim for Polk products, and no vendor seems to carry multiple lines of speakers that match. RTi towers, with RC surrounds...
I was looking at the Monitor/TSi lines in general, I was hoping I could solicit some advice about what would be good in the space, and what surrounds/center I would need based on the towers I might select. I am hoping to at least get all my HT stuff to match, or at least not limit each other.
Questions:
- If there much difference between monitor 60 and 70 besides some bass from the the larger speakers?
- What difference would I see from the Monitor 70 vs TSi300 (ie top of one range to the bottom of another)?
- In ceiling is all new to me, would the RC60i be enough based on dimensions and distance, even if I got the TSi towers? Price is actually decent on those ones
- Centers are the only thing that has all the choices from the 3 lines, just need matching advice
From a few hours of price research, all I can find for sale (save the expensive lines out of my budget) in Canada and half of those prices are out of stock, but it is not needed today as I still don't have the receiver or the BD player yet
Choices for towers:
TSi400 - $600
TSi300 - $500
Monitor 70 - $500
Monitor 60 - $300
Centers:
Monitor/TSi/RTi A - $200-400
Surround:
RC60i - $250/4
SC60 -$560/4
Been about 10 years since I bought speakers last, and any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!
Ray

hello there.. im new to this but my setup is going to be 2x monitor 60's for the fronts (119 each) monitor CS2 for the center (99 bucks) and either 4x monitor 30 or 40 or possibly a mix of the 2 for my surround and back speakers.. havent decided if the 40 is worth the extra 70 or so but you can get the monitor 30's for 99 bucks as well. Its good to match speakers so im sticking with all monitor.
