CSi5 (or A6) crossover frequency?
I currently have CSi5 set at 40hz (per the recommendation of someone on this board), but the Audyssey set it at full band.
Does anyone have any input on which is proper?

Do you have a sub in your setup?
If you do, then you may want to change the xover freq of the center to be something higher and let the sub handle the lower freqs.

I do not have a sub right now. I just have the towers and the center. Looking to add surrounds and a sub in the next few months. -

Does your avr have an auto-calibration feature?
If so, then you may want to run with whatever it sets your towers and center to - until you get a sub.
With no sub, your options may be limited to what features you have on your avr.
One option is to run your towers and center as 'full range' or 'large' or whatever the equivalent is for your avr.
Another option, if your avr permits it, is to run your towers as 'full range' or 'large' and then set your center to with a crossover frequency of 80Hz as suggested.

I ran Audyssey, the auto-calibration on my Onkyo 805, and it set the center channel at full band, just like my towers. I thought that was kind of strange. Billbillw on here suggested setting it at 40hz, and I have done so. I'm just wondering if there are other opinions out there, and what difference it will make setting it at full band.
