I was just about to put up my old Bose spatial receiver on ebay the other night when I decided just for fun to use it with my SDA SRS 2 4 ohm speakers. The cool thing about this receiver is that it has a switch on the back that you can change the ohms from 8 to 4 ohms front and rear. It is actually possible to have 4 ohm speakers in the front and 8 ohms in the rear. The spatial control also works on regular speakers. The receiver is rated at 100 watts. It drivers the speakers pretty good plus it has pre outs for an amplifier. Has anyone had any experience with this receiver. It was made for the Bose 901 series 4 speakers. It works well with SDA SRS polks. Who would have thought.
