OK, I went with Polk RTi A5's and .............
Ok, all of you that helped before, your help is greatly appreciated. I made the purchase, I bought the Polk RTi A5's, in cherry, yummy ........., and a Polk DSW PRO 500 sub-woofer. I am to receive them this friday, according to Polk and Fed Ex. Now, the center channel speaker. I was considering the CSi A4, the CSi A6 is just to huge, although I wanted 6.5in woofers, it's just to huge ! ! ! So, then I see and read about the CS2, it has the 6.5in woofers and it's size falls right between the CSi A4 and the CSi A6, as does it's price. The A4 at $280.00, the CS2 at $350.00 and the A6 at $450.00. Now, at that price $350.00 and being a Polk, the quality must be good. You see where I'm going with this, I can fit that CS2 where it needs to go and get the 6.5in woofers, but, would it be a good match for the RTi A5's. At $70.00 more than the A4, I just feel that it must a good quality speaker. Any of you out there own the CS2, or A4, sooooo, what say you ........ ? As before, there is no where near, to go listen to these.

Nope, Nope, Nope.
Your choices are the CSiA4 or CSiA6. (ok, you could also use the CSI3 or 5 from the old series) To match your front speakers, those are what you need to use (and it IS worth matching your front speakers).
Enjoy your system, it should be a great one.Mains.............Polk LSi15 (Cherry)

The csi a6 would be the preferred center, but the size is a big issue for some. Both a4 and a6 center is a match for your rti a5's. Both center can be had for about half the retail price if you go thru Polk Direct on Ebay.
That cs2 would be a big no no. -
Make room for the 6 if you can...you want the front 3 to be a perfect match for the most seemless sound stage.

I couldn't agree more with everyones' recommendation for the CSi A6 (or CSi 5 for that matter, check out JR.com for deals on these). They are the perfect match for the A5's and will give you an incredible front soundstage. They are big, but believe me they are well worth the size and money. I am currently running the CSi 5 and CSi A6 together for my center ( I use a Y-splitter and use an external amp to drive these, as well as my RTi 12 fronts). Some say the CSi5 ans CSi6's sound different, but I can't tell it with my set-up. In regard to using CS2 center chanel with the A5s, I have a CS2 in my downstairs set-up and when I first decided to try the two center channel idea, I brough the CS2 upstairs and used it in conjunction with the CSi5. The CS2 just didn't mesh well with the other speakers in the RTi line's sound. It gave the center channel more oomph and presence, but you could tell something just wasn't matched right. I replaced it with the CSi A6 and my ears are in sonic heaven now. Go with the CSi5 or CSi A6. You want be sorry!

A6 and the A5 work will together..go for it.
