Speaker suggestion

Hi everyone,

I have a quick question on speaker selection. I'm running a 7.1 surround system. I'm currently using a pair of RTi A1's for rear surrounds and a pair of R150's for the side surounds. I want to replace the R150's with something a bit better so I'm looking for some options.

One obvious option would be to get another pair of RTi A1's

Another thought I had was to get a pair of monitor 50's at newegg.

Anyone have any thoughts on the RTi A1's vs Monitors 50s?

    Wut are you using for fronts and a center? Give us the whole setup so we can give you better advice.

    L/R Fronts : Vandersteen 2Ce Signature Series
    Subwoofer : Vandersteen V2W (three 8" drivers, 300 watts)
    L/R Surrounds : Polk R150 bookshelf
    L/R Rear Surrounds : Polk RTi A1 bookshelf

    Electronics
    Rotel RSX-1056 Receiver (7.1 analog input)
    Rotel RB-980BX 2 channel Amp (powers the vandersteen fronts)
    Rotel RCD-950 CD Player
