Well, I have done it again. I just bought my second set of SDA SRS 2 speakers from the same guy who I bought my first set from. They are the bi-ampable ones from Milford Pa. I am about 30 minutes away. When I bought the first set which is in very good conditon, he asked me if I wanted to buy a second set. They were covered in the corner. I thought they were the same speaker so I said I don't think my wife would go for that. The first set is the 1986 version. They are not bi-ampable and need 4ohms. Then I saw he posted the second set and learned about the 1987 model. From what I learned they are 8ohms, bi-ampable and use differnt drviers and crossovers. This set is a lighter oak color. The first set is darker. Both are in excellent condition. I may of paid a little more than I should of but when you consider they were 30 minutes away, I could listen to them, no shipping cost except for 10 bucks in gas I am pretty happy. I don't see to many of either of these speakers around and if they are on ebay they are too far away to drive. So it's been a productive day. These speakers are great. The sound is awesome.
