...buttermilk from a cake I baked for the office Thanksgiving feast. All I wanted is a cup, but they were out of pints and quarts, so I got stuck with a half-gallon.

Anybody know a some good recipes, besides biscuits, for me to do something with this buttermilk?

Thanks,
Wes

This one looks good and you'll most likely have whatever you need already in the kitchen.

Soak chicken parts in it before frying, ala Alton Brown on the Food network. Tastes really good,it can freeze OK too, in case you've had enough poultry for a while!;)
