Just got back from Sears with 2 new Sony BDP S-350 Blu ray players. 179.99 each was a steal at that price. Sears opened up at 5 am and I got there ar 4:45am expecting to have a hundred people in front of me. I was the 8th person. Everyone in line was all talking about the TV deal s, no Blu-ray talking going on.

Was going to get the blu-ray deal from sears, but Sony online had the 350 on sale yesterday for $150. (picked it up there instead)

Other than that - was looking for an inexpensive laptop for the wife, but everywhere was sold out of them before I got there. Only real deal I got was at Best Buy I got Transformers on Blu-Ray (my first blu-ray movie) for $9.99. I now own it in SD, HD-DVD and Blu-Ray....
    Mains.............Polk LSi15 (Cherry)

I haven't seen any deals worth the hassle of Black Friday. Since there's no "gotta have it" item this year I'll wait 2-3 weeks until the retailers are in a pinch and they mark things down to decent prices.

I was able to get 2 sony bdp-s350 for 179 from walmart. They priced match sears paper. I also was able to get the wife a samsung digital camara for 70 and a couple of $10 blu rays. My best steal was 1000 thread count sheet set for 60. Nothing like sleeping on those.

Dell online has it for $179.99 shipped for anybody that wants it without going out. Sucks that I missed the Sony online deal-but I might get this to be my first BR player. Still have to pay tax though

We sold 8 eight guitars today (at regular price mind you) with this line alone...

"And this one is marked down from such and such (list price) to this price, today only (MAP price)"

    Boom, sold

    Love it

I bought a Nestea Iced Tea and a pack of Lays Peanut Butter Crackers from the vending machine in my office. I never left the office and got a lot of work done today cause everyone was either shopping or staying home out of the crowds. I even listened to UT beat Georgetown on the computer stream. I loved it.

I didn't visit a single store or even really leave the house today. I did, however, submit an order last night for something that I'm excited about, even though I can't confirm that it was on sale due to Black Friday. I'm also excited because it marks the purchase of my SECOND Polk product: a pair of RtiA 5s floorstanders.

I've been eyeing them for a while now. Just happened to see new ones being offered by Electronics Expo -- authorized dealer-- via Amazon for $248 each shipped (total $497 shipped for the pair).

Again, it might not qualify as a Black Friday purchase/deal, but it sure beat getting up early and waiting in line, and most important its something that I've been eyeing/very interested in for a long time now. With a second Polk product (my first is a pair Lsi9s) on the way, I also feel that I'm living up to my status as Polkateer. Polk rocks!

    Amazon was\is having a blu-ray sale (buy 3 - $20 off, buy 6 - $50 off and buy 10 $100 off) on some of their blu-rays. I was able to get 10 blu-rays for $79 shipped.

From Russia with Love (James Bond) [Blu-ray]
    Dr. No (James Bond) [Blu-ray]
    Thunderball (James Bond) [Blu-ray]

Juno (Special Edition + Digital Copy) [Blu-ray]
Die Another Day (James Bond) [Blu-ray]

Not the most awesome list, but there was limited selection and its hard to complain for about $8 each shipped. For those interested, the sale is still going on here.....
