How 'bout you? C'mon, fess up!

This isn't weird, just different. One year we ended up with a smaller turkey, so we decided to smoke 4 pork tenderloins on the Big Green Egg to supplement the turkey. Since then, those tenderloins get asked for every year more than the fried turkey!

Things are just better comin off a BGE.I did a pork butt for 16 hours.Absolutely wonderful.I've enjoyed cooking/smokin on the BGE for a year now.

It's awfully hard to go wrong with a BGE. My parents got one when I was in high school, so I've been cooking on one for 14 or 15 years now, including the one I bough tout here in AZ.
It doesn't get much better than a Boston Butt cooked for 16-24 hours low and slow. Do you have a BBQ Guru? If not, it will make those low & slow cooks a breeze.
Everything is just a little better off the Big Green Egg. Period.
