I looked over all the ads for local stores.. and none of them are offering anything i'm interested in this year. First time in 3 yrs I won't be freezing my hiney off in below freezing temps waiting for hours on end for the stores to open on Friday morning at 5am so I can snatch up a good deal.

No sir, I will be sleeping in instead. :D

I'm to picky I guess to settle for a Dynex LCD TV over a Sony or LG. But that's just me. :p

Check your local Best Buy.......they have some pretty good deals on these things. When I got my XBR, it was marked $850 off and there were some on their site that were listed as $1000 off.........It's easy to justify spending a bit more coin for quality, ya know?

The way the economy is people now are looking for STEALS. 50-75% off sounds good. I attempted one year to get to the store at midnight thinking I was going to be first in line. The line was around the corner at Circuit City. Hundreds of people in line to get the $200 laptop and they only had 10.

I can't see the purpose in standing in line for a $30 game........(nothin personal).

If you have a shopping list and are going for something like a computer, etc then i get it, but that's just me........

exactly.. i'm not going to stand in line for Kung Fu Panda only because it's going to be $.9.99 or whatever.. not worth it.

I did look at the Best Buy door buster sales and the TV's were not to my liking.. so I may go the day after or ever a week or two later and see what's up for sale then in the Sony line of TV's.

Exactly, They had a free gas give away a couple months back and people were waiting 4-5 hours in line for $25 in free gas. No way in hell.

I am actually going with my girlfriend there is plenty of stuff she wants to get. I so far just interested in Madden, maybe a tv, and like I said waiting for the Fry's ad. Agreed to take girlfriend so i'm going regardless if I get anything or not.

Was just saying the items I was interested in getting so far.

I didn't really see any good deals in the Black Friday retail store ads. I've picked up a couple of really good e-tailer deals this week. I'm done.
