Looking for small desk speakers for the Office

I recently purchased the Delphi SkyFi XM Radio receiver for my home, but now I have the urge to take it to the office with me. At home I have the receiver with the Home kit attached to my AV system.

For use at the office, however, I'm torn. I was thinking of purchasing another Home kit and a set of small speakers for use on my desk, like the AMR 70s. However there dosn't seem to be much information, such as the manual, on the AMR70s on the Polk site or in these forums.
Another option is to go with the Delphi boombox

A cheaper route to be sure, but I think I'd like the look of 2 speakers on my desk as opposed to a boombox.
Does anyone have any experience with the AMR70s or would you have a reccomendation for a set of desktop speakers no more than 7" high?

The little bombproof Rat Shack's in the steel cabinets with the metal grilles are tough to beat in a tiny speaker. Catch them on sale. For awhile, people in the know were buying those stock, and putting new caps and stuff in them to further the performance. Great satellites they make. Acceptable stand alones too.
