The final episode of Season 1 of True Blood was a dud. It was rushed, rough, and unfinished.

    I liked it, and I'm looking forward to next season.......But the way they finished Renee up did feel rushed.
    My equipment sig felt inadequate and deleted itself.

    It certainly didn't live up to the hype! I was expecting a little more excitement.

    I haven't read the books, but from what I've read in spoilers, there's some content they left out, some they changed, but the finale while leaving a few threads to pickup in next season, pretty much went the way it was written. They had a lot to cover in the last ep, but I felt they did a good job.

    Regarding some of the missing content, that hopefully gets added later...there's a character named Bubba, a vamp bodyguard for Sookie, that would have been a ton of fun to see.

    The Season Finale wasn't too bad. At least the mystery killer was uncovered.
