I recently bought a pair of the RTA12B speakers and one of them needs the coil of copper colored wire that was fastened to the top of the crossover with zip cord. Can anyone help ? If I can't get new old stock, then what are the specs of it so I can get a replacement.
This coil is the one on the right side as you look at the tweeter from in front of it.

Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks

I can solder if that is what you mean. I don't have a lot of experience, but I think I can replace some circuit board components ?

What you are missing is called an inductor. I seriously doubt if Polk has any. However, you should be able to have one made.
