Does Biwire change speaker impedance?

I bi-wired my RTI8's (don't hear much improvement) with Canare 4s11 to my Onkyo A-9555 integrated amplifier as my "A" speakers
The RTI8's are listed as 8 ohm nominal impedance.
The amp's manual states that I can connect one set of speakers 4-16 ohms. It also says if I connect 2 sets of speakers, both sets of speakers should be 8-16 ohms.
Did I change the impedance such that I can not connect "B" speakers?
Would I change the impedance of the RTI8's if I wired the tweeters as "A" speakers and the Mid/woofers as "B"? Would this scheme help, hurt or change nothing?
FYI: as I have a HT setup in my living room, I do not expect to add a second set of speakers to my home office 2-channel system, "but enquiring minds want to know":D
Thanks,
Mike

Thanks for the quick reply (+ I do not have to change anything!)

I have RT12's and found that bi-wiring made a huge difference. Really smoothed out the response - tamed the bloated lows and reigned in the sibilance of the tweeters.
Much better! -

Do you have an external Amp. for your RTi12's?HT:

How do you like that Canare 4S11?
I am very happy with it, easy to work with, inexpensive for 2 8 foot runs, etc. I didn't like the light gray jacket, so I covered it with black Techflex and heat shrinked the ends, and now like the appearance.
I do not have great ears, but think the Starquad was an improvement over my old speaker wire (14 gauge oxygen free copper) and then I did the bi-wiring which I still use and mught have a little improvement, but I never did an A/B test. -
The design of the 4S11 has many things going for it; larger gauge conductors, noise rejecting double twisted design, protective condensing jacket. In my opinion, it's the best DIY speaker cable you can buy.

The Canare 4s11 is a nice and affordable bi-wire cable. I made three sets about four months ago for my mains. In retrospect, I should have tech-flexed them as well. Blue Jeans cable and parts express was the source for my parts, except for the GLS audio compression bananas I bought from orange county speaker.[

Pablo,
These are RT12's I was talking about not RTi12's. They are passive speakers. -
Another winner.
reportedPlease. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
Thanks

Smith, you're explaining something to a man with 16k posts.
I sense potential for sarcasm. If he isn't being sarcastic, he should be reported too. -
