What I would like to see is how Polk manufactures all their speakers. A visual tour of the manufacturing process involved in pictures, meeting those who build them on a daily basis. An LSi speaker for example, from the cabinet build, cross-over assembly, drivers, ect. I think a "How It's Made" showcase would be interesting. Speakers, subs, drivers, all the good stuff. They could even make this member exclusive event. What do you all think ??

He said "meeting those who build them on a daily basis". So I assumed he wanted a "virtual" tour of the actual assembly line. Something that could be viewed online.

Sounds like a great idea to me.

IIRC, 'How it's Made' is a Canadian show, so, you might see how speakers are built, but they'll probably be Paradigm's:rolleyes:

All the cool stuff is done in Baltimore....design, mock ups, testing, redesign, etc... If you have ever seen an assembly line you would know there is nothing very interesting about it for something like speakers. A line where everything is automated might be interesting...but I bet there is a lot of hand assembly of speakers.
