Which in-ceilings to buy to go with PSW350...

I just moved to Alabama and sold my RM6600 series Polk surround speakers with my house in SC. Funny thing is, I kept the center speaker and my PSW350 sub-woofer (specs).
I am looking to replace the surround speakers with in-ceiling speakers. My wife and I agree that I could spend up to around $900 at the most. I will need four if I don't do the rear center etc. - or should I get center front in-ceiling and center rear in-ceiling?
I have a Panasonic SAHE200K - High Current MOS FET/ DLP II, Dolby Digital EX & dts ES Decoders / 300 Watt x 6 / 192kHz 24-bit High Quality Audio D/A Converters
Any suggestions on a good matching in-ceiling set? Should I get more than just the four. Keep in mind my budget of no more that $900 (or so
)
One more thing, the room is a landing at the top of stairs and is around 12x12 or so.
