Nothing like a blind shot for over $500 after shipping. Maybe it's ok, but you could get a known good brank on the FM for that much."The legitimate powers of government extend to such acts only as are injurious to others. But it does me no injury for my neighbour to say there are twenty gods, or no god. It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg." --Thomas Jefferson

I know. The company gives limited information, and I will probably be looking elsewhere without knowing anything else about it. It could be a great bargain, and they are probably losing lots of sales by not disclosing more info.

It's probably from China, start looking there.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

It is. I already did, and there is no info to be found.

I would pass.

Why? -
I agree. It shouldn't have to say "audiophile tubes cd player" on the front!!

That top cover looks like it's from a cheap receiver."He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. And when you gaze long into an abyss the abyss also gazes into you." Friedrich Nietzsche

Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
Thanks

I am considering this if I cannot find a good used one:

I was wondering about this, because I am trying to see if there is a better deal out there. -

They do not post any professional reviews, just a bunch of notes that look like they sat around and made up:D -

That looks familiar: http://www.audioadvisor.com/prodinfo.asp?number=VICDS6"He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. And when you gaze long into an abyss the abyss also gazes into you." Friedrich Nietzsche -
This CDP appears to be well built. Go for it. I think it's worth rolling the dice for the price. I don't like the "Audiophile Tubes cd player" scribbled on the faceplate, though.HT/2-channel Rig: Sony 50 LCD TV; Toshiba HD-A2 DVD player; Emotiva LMC-1 pre/pro; Rogue Audio M-120 monoblocks (modded); Placette RVC; Emotiva LPA-1 amp; Bada HD-22 tube CDP (modded); VMPS Tower II SE (fronts); DIY Clearwave Dynamic 4CC (center); Wharfedale Opus Tri-Surrounds (rear); and VMPS 215 sub
"God grooves with tubes." -
