SDA 1.2TL for sale in Bay Area

I am selling my 1.2TL as they have been standing in the same position when Jesse visited me last year. The price is firmly $1500 cash, and this is an absolute polkies price 
Here are the fine print:
1. If you are interested, respond to the thread, not PM. This way no one gets
private treatment.
2. Whoever have more than 200 posts trump the newer folks.
3. I won't ship them for obvious reason ....
4. These have 1.2 label in the back, but they are 1.2TL with 8 x SL3000's.
I suspect these were sold as 1.2 in the 1.2 to 1.2TL transition.
5. They are unmodified in stock form.
6. SDA IC and manual are included.
7. One of the bottom board has water damage due to the previous owner's
mishap where they were placed in the garage. It is not visible unless you
play them upside down or on the side :-)
8. I won't take picture but you can come over to help me to move and
look at them. I can't imagine any buyer is coming from out of Bay Area ....
9. Ron and Steve have auto dibs in the first 12 hours. Why Because I
promised them the would have the first dibs if I ever sell them.

I don't understand why, but for some reason the bay area is patently spoiled and lazy when it comes to SDA's.
It wasn't always this way. I searched for 2 years to find mine, and drove over 18 hours round trip to get them.
The club polk member who bought my second pair lived in Michigan, paid to have them picked up at my house,
and had special crates built for them, then paid to ship them to the midwest.
Now that is a Polk aficionado.

Quite frankly, it was one of those impulse selling thingy. Since I had an unplanned expense of 1.5K last week, I somehow felt hurting, so the sale. Also, I felt it was kind of a waste not using them. If nothing else, I will retract the sale this weekend. No, they are not going A'gon or fleabay :-)
