Michael, you are a gentleman, and has always been.

    Thank you!
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

Well the last 24hrs is kinda like a dinner. There were two main dishes offered. There were sides offered with those dishes. The way this dinner works out is only one choice could be served. The deal is you eat everything on that plate whether you like it or not. Well folks dinner has been served. Don't complain. It's time to eat. Be thankful that there was even a choice. Our President to be is going to need lots of prayer. The plate that is being served to him is a nasty one. I for one hate the typical blame game. Pray for our President. He is going to need it.

If you received the plate you asked for cheers:)
If you didn't then pray you will be found wrong, and continue supporting the U.S.A.

The good thing about having the right to make a choice is if it is really that bad you most likely will not have to eat it a second time. This is America(further comments are addressed to the state of the U.S.A., and not to any politician, party, or person. I feel the need to spell it out because some people are just too stupid to interpret what I am writing, or I am to stupid to convey my thoughts...). We shall not fall. We pulled through Vitamin, and this is hitting our wallets more than our fortitude as a country. We shall pull trough again:)

If you have a small mind please feel free to dislike me. I do not dislike anyone for their views. I sometimes wonder if anyone is at home:confused:, but my hospitality, and respect I offer till you disrespect me. Again God Bless America the home of the free!
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks
    Ben

Very well put, Ben. This is precisely the attitude we need. Let me just add that in addition to prayer, our country is going to need active participation among everybody -- supporters and opponents alike -- to help resolve the difficulties and challenges we're facing -- two wars, health care, education, and an economy that is almost certainly in a recession.

And thats part of the beauty of the "dinner that was served up last night" (as you put it), in my opinion. The idea is that we need to put all of this partisan b.s. ("I'm right and you're wrong") attitude which has so divided us in recent years behind us and work together. This involves not only talking, but also (and even more important) LISTENING and contributing.

Obviously I'm one of the ones (maybe a small minority here at CP) that thinks that what happened last night marks the beginning of something beautiful for our country and more important something that is transformational in terms of really getting people involved. I'm only 35 but I've never seen anything like this in my lifetime and I'm filled with optimism despite the major challenges and obstacles that our nation faces.

    God Bless America!

Those of you who think you just elected the messiah are in for a rude awakening. This man was elected because the nationel media decided that since he was black he should be presidant. If they had bothered to be journalists and told the truth about him 18 months ago, Hillary would be president in 3 months and the country would be far better served. Many republicans have felt that their party left them in the last few years, I feel the same way about the democratic party. I reregistered yesterday as an independant since I do not feel the democratic party cares about me anymore. MLK would not have sat in a church of hate for 20 years. That is the kind of man we need as a leader, not an opertunist.

God help us all. Please pray for us.

All too true RT. No amount of political reform could diminish Paypal's suckiosity.

Since we are on the subject of weather, how is the weather in your neck of the woods? we've been pummeled by heat this summer, but finally, morning time has been glorious 50's this week, clear sky, and no smog to speak of.

Time to hit Disneyland (as Ron-p) would have said... :)
