Sda 2

Help, I have a pair of SDA 2's and the other day at fairly high volume the left array went out. I thought it was just the tweeter but after playing with it a while, both do not work. The other side array works fine. I am not familiar with working on crossovers but since this happened I am considering on just upgrading both. I tested both the tweeter and woofer and both are fine. I am using a Sunfire TGR 3 to power them. Is there a link to how to upgrade my crossovers with pictures? My speakers do not have the fuse on the binding posts. I am really at a loss without them.
Thanks guys
Mark

Use the search words sda crossover upgrade and that will help narrow things down a bit for you. There are not alot of threads on the SDA2 exactly but there are alot of crossover upgrade threads.....
You can get the schematics for your SDA's here......

Which SDA's do you have exactly? Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
Thanks

I have the SDA 2's with two tweeters and 3 6.5 inch drivers. The date on the tweeters are 1989. The right channel is working fine and the left array speakers are not working. The speakers do not have fuses. I was just thinking about upgrading the crossovers since the one side is down.
Thanks again -
I rebuilt the xovers on the SDA's with sonicaps and clarity caps and wow what a difference!!. Thanks everyone for your help. I even rebuilt the RTA 15's with solens and clarity caps and they are reborn.
