RT1000i amp bad?

I noticed the other day that one of my RT1000i's starting making a loud buzzing noise that sounded like something down in a tunnel. I leaned it forward and placed my hand on the back where the knobs are on the amp portion and it was hot even though it hadn't been on. I turned the switch to off and the noise stopped. The noise is only coming from the bottom portion. I am assuming that the built in amp/cross-over has gone bad. Is there anyway that I can fix this? Thanx in advance guys!
