How to set Frequencies

Can anybody assist me on setting frequencies on my Pioneer VSX-815 and what to set them at?

Fronts: Sony SSF-5000
Rear: Insignia Bookshelf
Center: Polk CS10
Sub: Klipsch Sub-12 650w

Music [2.2]
Speakers: polkaudio RTi12
Future Speakers: DIY Fusion-15 Sentinel's
Subwoofer: DIY Dual LAB15's
Subwoofer Amp: Behringer iNUKE NU6000DSP

Preamp: Emotiva XSP-1
Amp: Emotiva XPA-2
CD Player: Emotiva EMC-3
DAC: Emotiva XDA-2 Gen2
Turntable: Denon DP300F w/ Ortofon 2M Red
Tuner: Rotel RT-1080
Power: Monster HTS 5100 MKII
Amp Power: CyberPower CPS-1220RMS
Interconnects: Emotiva USS [4], XLR [6], X RCA [4], MUSB [1], X IEC [4]

    Don't have that Pioneer but either from the main panel or OSD (if it has one), locate speaker setup. They should be set to "Large' by default, change that to 'Small' and then it will let you change the frequency. 80Hz all around is the standard but depending on your speakers it could vary. I'd just start with 80.

    Hmm. I found the speaker settings and what not, and I read in the manual to go to like, Frequencies and crap but it brings me to like, an EQ type ordeal.

    But I did find some "X.OVER" setting that allows me to set the frequency that bass goes to my sub? What should I put that at? It was originally at 100.

    You should have the crossover fr for each channel. 80Hz. Anything below that on that particular channel will be sent to subwoofer.

    I can't figure out how I can get a Crossover Freq. menu for each channel. :S
