    That's a lawsuit waiting to be filed.....but I still like it.

    Thankfully he used a pet fence and not his house electricity. I'm betting that shock was barely anything at all, since most of those fences are safe for 5 lb and under dogs. If it was me, I'd say go for the 220, nothing warms you up quite like a zap of 220 like from a dryer or oven. I can promise, that would ruin your day completely.
