So far except by request, I only removed one that quite obviously should not have been there.

I had no idea you could zoom in so close.

Is obvious not current though. My dad just built a house on one of our lots and its not there....

I'm pretty sure the imagery is licensed stuff. And since the site doesn't exist for that level of accuracy they likely opted for the cheaper imagery. Google on the other hand should have the latest imagery and would certainly have paid for it-although I suspect they probably own all the satellites by now. I did find more current imagery at another (non mapping) site at some point-I haven't checked lately though.

I am simply amazed how many pins are up there in such a short amount of time.:cool::cool: I wish it would show the total. It would be cool if you could link to your pin somehow from your sig or the location in your profile. hmm.

And drop into Camden while you're at it, to visit another place where they shoot at the drop of a hat.

I may have to live through a couple weeks of hell before it's over, but you didn't win that series yet chief.

Looks like the original hosting site platial or something is down--I downloaded the KML files and reestablished a map here: http://geocommons.com/maps/29466
but you have to click and view stats to see the name-not sure how to change that but in 3D via Google Earth plug-in it shows names when viewing, here: http://geocommons.com/maps/29466?view=globe

I'm still looking into this--not sure how to make it easy to post your location for any newbies.

Yeah still working on that--The old one didn't require anything special-I haven't figured out how to even remove existing ones so far.
