Polk CS is Awesome!!!

I know I know. If its been said once its been said a thousands times. But Polk's CS service really is awesome.
I called yesterday morning to see about getting some original Lsi9 cartons, so I could safely ship my speakers. They said they didn't know if they could get them or not and would have to call the office in California. They called me back a little later that day and said they could get the cartons but couldn't get the packing that goes inside of them. I told them that wouldn't work and that the packing was the most important thing. So they said they would call around and see if they could round up the packing material from odd boxes or something.. How awesome is that.
Long story short.
Three phone calls and a day later they have found the packing material and everything I needed to ship the speakers!! The cartons are complete and on there way!!
I honestly didn't expect them to call back the next day. Usually when CS form any other company says they will call you back the next day. They never do. And your the one that has to follow up on it. Not the case with Polk. They were on it and did what they said they would do.
Kudos to Polk once again for great CS!!

Awesome. Polk CS is far above and beyond any company I have delt with:)Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.

Thank you for your kind comments. That was Helen, here in Baltimore, working with Angel and Joe Jr. in San Diego that accomplished that. There was probably a couple of other folks, in San Diego, who jumped in to help, as well. The people, in San Diego, are amazing in the way they can help us get things done for customers.
I'm glad we were able to find the cartons and packing material.

Thats why nobody will ever beat polk audio. Lets see any other company do that.
