ButtKickers are pretty popular in higher end HT systems.
Also popular where an apartment setting prohibits the use of a powerful subwoofer."What we do in life echoes in eternity"

Ya, they have been out for HT for awhile. They are not to expensive but there is a catch. You need 1000watt amplifiers to power them. With the money your going to spend on the amps - you should just buy a sub that is going to "kick your butt".;)
