Dilemma for ZUNE owners

Obviously the world is IPOD corrupted and all 99.9% AVRs out there are ZUNE haters. I need to know how can my Zune survive in this world, YEP I love my ZUNE and will now put it aside just because of the IPOD gig. Now I need to find an adapter or a ZUNE friendly AVR ( Pioneer elite SC07+ with USB inputs) that will acccomodate my needs and could easily work on any AVRs. I dont like the idea of doing the RCA cable, I like an adaptor that can fool the unit that it's a ZUNE that's sitting on a dock/ interconnects and not an Ipod. I suppose I could develop one DIY and sell it to the market! Similar product would be the DVI to HDMI or HDMI to DVI adapter. Where is the IPOD to ZUNE or vice versa adapter?

SC07= $2K.....wtf

    Doggie, I agree that the iPod is the Bose of the DAP world. My audio experience in that realm is pretty extensive with the Rio Karma, of which I have a collection of modded (by me) players. I'm pretty active on the riovolution.org forum.
    This was the player that was designed by its engineers, formerly Empeg, then Rio, then bust- for the audiophile.
    It comes- no strike that, came with a dock that has RCA outs. It is way more powerful than iPod with 2 90Mhz ARM processors, and plays lossless flac audio.
    It will also accept and play lossy wma as well as mp3, but they went OOP before MS developed the lossless version of WMA. So you'd have to re-encode those cd's in flac for true lossless playback.

    I was seriously thinking about listing one of my 60gig mods on the flea market section to trade for a decent amp. 60gigs = about 200 cd's at cd quality. It's a lovely little jukebox, has playlist creation, built-in DJ, as well as being the acknowledged best DAP made.

    However, barring that, there are stock 20 gig players, usually needing fixing up, on ebay. I've fixed quite a few now.

    My son's Zune crashed and burned. My Creative Labs Zen Vision: M still chugs along.
    Do you hear that buzzing noise? :confused:
