What speakers are these?

I need to replace the tweeter magnet on one of these and would like to know the model. The sticker on the tweeter says RT600. I can not find a RT600 on the website. The magnet appears to have been made off center and does not allow the diaphram to move freely.

Customer service said the SL6502 has been replaced with the SL6506 @ $90 a piece. Being a member, I would get a discount. Does anyone know how much of a discount? Would I need to replace both so the tweeters match?

I do not see how the tweeter diaphram is removed from the plastic housing.

Thanks for the help.

You have a set of original RT600. The RT600i was the 'improved' version which had tri-laminate tweeters and blue tinted woofers.

A word of warning: I'm pretty sure the replacement tweeter (SL-6506) is a silk dome tweeter, which may have a significantly different sound than your original. Different as in much better. It is probably best to swap both tweeters to get a matching sound. I know this is quite a bit of money to sink into an older pair of speakers like these. You may want to look for an original SL-6502 on Ebay. That way, you keep a matching pair of tweeters, but save a boatload of money.
For rig details, see my profile. Nothing here anymore...
