Fat Guy Defense Didn't Work

They executed the fat guy here in Ohio today. He was a creep par excellence:

Cooey and a then-17-year-old accomplice were convicted of the brutal murders of Wendy Offredo and Dawn McCreery, students at the University of Akron. The men had been tossing concrete slabs onto Interstate 77, and one of them struck Offredo's car. Pretending to "rescue" the women, Cooey and Clinton Dickens took the victims to a remote field, according to prosecutors. There, the students were subjected to 3½ hours of rape, torture, stabbing and fatal bludgeoning. Cooey carved an "X" into the stomachs of both women, prosecutors said.

Gotta hand it to him. It was a creative attempt.

Even 3rd world country style execution would be been too kind for him.

As I understand it, he claimed he was too fat and the procedure for execution was cruel and unusual because the last fat dude to get executed had to be poked a few times to get the IV drips in his veins.

    From the article kgingras linked:
On his last night, Cooey ordered a last meal consisting of a T-bone steak with A-1 sauce, french fries and onion rings, four eggs over-easy, hash browns, buttered toast, bear claw pastries, a pint of Rocky Road ice cream and Mountain Dew to drink.

I'm sure he ate more than his fair share in order to facilitate his case. The bastage is burning now... ;)

I'm really sorry the guy was a fat **** and had to go through the pain and suffering while being put to death FOR CARVING TWO YOUNG LADIES STOMACHS OUT.

He shouldve been kneecapped in the middle of the desert.

Yeah we should really amend that "cruel and unusual punishment" gag in the Constitution.

The guy's dead. Most of you believe in Hell, and if there is one this guy's certainly in it, there's not much we can do to his Earthly body that would be worse than that.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.
