Finally found a Carver C-9

I finally found a Carver C-9 Sonic Hologram Generator. I paid $75.00 plus shipping. I already have a C-1 and a CT-Seven pre-amps with SH but wanted to try the C-9 with my Kenwood KA-9100 integrated on it's own. The result...fantastic! I put on Al DiMeola's Electric Rendevous last night and was blown away by the great sound of the Carver with the Kenwood. Totally immersive and what a wide deep soundstage. I know there are many here who would dismiss Sonic Holography as a gimmick and tell me to buy SDA's but for $75.00 and some careful placement you can be just about "there".

    The C-9 is the best of all Carver and Sunfire gear at SH. Most of the other Carver and Sunfire gear doesn't do true justice for SH. Congrats. Nice snag.

    The C-1 had the second best circuit. The C-9 had the best. A C-2 and a C-9 sounded better than a C-1.

    i had a C-9, it sounded great but after it was on for about a half hour there was a loud buzzing noise coming from it so i got mad and threw it in the trash, it turned out to be an interconnect cable, i hate myself. i tossed a perfectly good C-9.
