Well I used a drill this time. I have done a few in the past where I stacked, and glued caps, but I just don't like that. I prefer the appearance if I can lay everything down;) I only needed to drill one hole for the 40uf cap:)

Resistors?
Did you drill a hole for the large Dayton cap's lead to pass through the board?"He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. And when you gaze long into an abyss the abyss also gazes into you." Friedrich Nietzsche -

Thanks Joe. I am really happy that the layout worked. It took some time on the first one, but I feel it was worth it:)

I can't help it. The speakers are mine and Ben generously agreed to do my boards for me. They do look great, I can't wait to get them back, burn em' in and listen to some really sweet tunes. Thanks a lot Ben.Home Theater

Good night BenJC approves....he told me so. (F-1 nut) -

The poly is on the highs. The 12uf feeds the whole top end. I ran the 12 uf straight to the input positive therefore bypassing the poly, and the bypass cap. They where removed;)

Those look great Ben. Nice attention to detail and how everything looks on the board. I couldn't have done it better myself.

Don't be surprised if it takes over 300 hours of burnin. My upgrades took over 350 hours before they sounded right. -
Ben,
Real nice job. I don't see the hole for the 40 uF cap lead? Maybe I'm getting a little blind. I like the resistors on the bottom of the PCB. It really helps to clean up the look.Carl -

Thanks Carl. The 40uf lead is where I drilled the hole;) The lead is attached on the underside:) I do these real cheap if anyone wants it done.

Now I understand. Real nice! My boards have had the big Sonicaps up in the air and all over the place. Solid, but an interesting geo-art look!;)Carl
