    Finally hit the local news here today. Sounds bad for Pete, worse in fact. if he is actually a pedophile. (He has a story and is sticking to it) There has already been a lot of discussion since yesterday on the Steve Hoffman site next door.

    Just like R. Kelly - these "ROCK" stars get raided and some pics and video are found with them banging "young" women. The fact is - almost every rock star does this on such a regular basis - that it is totally normal - until the light of a our boring society reers it's "normal" head. Sad but true.
    John Davis of "KORN" said in an uncandid interview once "banging young women is the only thing that keeps me from doing heavy drugs right now".

    This is not about "young women," it is about a sick, disgusting behavior that targets CHILDREN!

    This is from the link that Ron posted;

    If an over the hill rock star (or any over the hill guy) that gets his jollies from a consenting adult (18years & up), that's legal. But to prey upon innocent children is nothing short of perversion, and the only cure is a 12GA shotgun blast to the crotch!

    If he's Guilty?!?! Come on folks, what are the chances that he's innocent? I say cut off his Johnson with a dull, rusty butter knife!!

    Lets let due process occur. I am certainly not condoning any of the accused behavior, but 'what the article (media) said' could be blown (no pun) WAY out of proportion. Let be realistic, and not jump to conclusions, we all know how the media loves to 'spin' things.

    Was this a collection of pics, or a few images in 'cache' from a drunken inet surfing incident?

    You could read 'making' as, the source of said pics has/cannot be determined. Distribute? Like when a guy gets pulled over with a half ounce of pot, he must be intending to distribute it?

    Very disturbing news, but once again, lets see what the end result is after DUE PROCESS. Notice the word 'suspicion' used repeatedly? However, if it's true, hang 'em high.

    I agree!!!! And yes - child **** and young women are two different things but many would disagree.

    I agree with the due process thing and "until proven guilty".

    The problem is the smoke vs. fire thing. Most convicts will cry innocence.

    So he used a CC to access a **** site, that just so happened to have 17yr old girls or some such. Can you tell the difference in 17 and 18 from a photo?

    Not saying thats what happened, but it COULD have. Due process.

    I'm with you Frank, why go through the expense and fiasco of lethal injection, when a $2 shell will suffice?

    He was arrested in England, not in the USA, and he already admitted to surfing child porno sites. I do not buy his excuse, but that's me. To bad he wasn't arrested in Japan, Guilty until proven otherwise. Keep in mind that "Ah ****" wipes out all "Atta Boy's,"

    I think Richard Jewel was found to be not guilty of that crime. At the time it looked like they had the right man, but it was a case of mistaken identity, and a overzealous FBI.

    The man that did it is still on the loose, Eric Rudolph is his name but the last I heard he was hiding in the mountains in the Carolinas? They also think/know he did a few of the abortion clinic bombings too.

    Not only was Richard Jewel the HERO of the Atlanta bombing; but, he recieved large settlements from the FBI and newspapers for libel.. He is currently a policeman in Georgia.

    I was being sarcastic about prejudging people. I was using Richard Jewel as what I thought was an example everyone would know about to show how we shouldn't convict people via the media.

    Sorry if I offended anyone, unless you are in fact one of those people who preconvicts via the media & furthermore, doesn't know that convictions are sometimes wrong and people who have been convicted get set free. Unless, of course, they've been executed, in which case it's kinda hard to let them outta jail.

    I was doing an imitation of a raving yahoo. Apparently I did it too well, & no one saw that it was a joke. Sorry.
