I bought a set of Dynaco A-25's at an estate sale for 10.00.Brought them home and they sounded better than my 400.00 Mirage speakers!The knob on the back,can someone tell me what its for?Thanks,Frostbit

Should be a 5-position attenuator for the tweeter.

I concur. I bought a flawless pair today for nothing. ZERO. The Made in Denmark ones. I've had several pair. I like them a lot but don't think they hold up low end wise with other 10" two-way jobs.

Well, I was all ready for money (not a lot of course) to change hands with the speakers. It never progressed to that stage.
