Price RTA 15TL ?

Hi All,
I have a line on a nice set of RTA 15TL's for $250.00. I'm driving about an hour tomorrow to see them. Is this a reasonable price? I've seen very few for sale in my area/Ebay.

Is this the guy on CL? I offered $300 months ago for those guys.
