Well if you are all wondering were the F*** I have been and what in the world is going on with stuff. I was in a crash on my motorcycle early last week I have tried to get in touch but haven't rely been able to and the kicker was that it was on my brand new bike. Pics later but I am okay I was going 45mph when a deer ran out in front of me I locked up the rear tire and almost lost but didnt an oncoming car did not see my headlight "because I was at an angle and ran right into me I went flying. I had all my gear on but I still have a broken left arm and I dont want to start on my right leg and parts of my right shoulder as well. I will be doing everything I can get done when I get home tomorrow. "Told parents to bring the laptop to do some updating" Thats why I can do this. Take care all.

Wow, My friend was in a head on collision on Friday (IIRC) as well. It was rainy and there were lots of accidents in this area and roads getting shut down....
The guy in the opposite direction lost control and went into her lane. Of course she doesn't wear a seatbelt :mad:.
Car's totalled--She shattered her hand bones, broke her wirst and right foot, and some other bumps and bruises-thankfully no head or internal injuries. She had surgery earlier this week-Shes still in the Hospital. :(

With my being a Firefighter, EMT, and Vehicle Rescue, and having seen enough of what can happen, you'd think that she'd listen to my pleas to her to wear her damn seatbelt? Not to mention her ex and her son are also firefighters.

On another friend accident story--related to a deer as well, ...the car in front of him stopped suddenly to avoid hitting a deer crossing the road, he swerved to the side to avoid hitting the suddenly stopped car, but he ran in to some split rail fencing along the side. One of the rails jammed straight through the windshield and through the center of the passenger seat and into the back seat. Luckily no injuries. Even more lucky was that he didn't have a passenger that day. I'll see if I can find a picture of that.

Well, I'm glad you're OK. Sorry about your bike and all. I wish you a speedy recovery!!

Well, it sucks that you crashed, sorry to hear and I didn't really notice this thread yesterday. But I can't help but see that you mispelled "where" a few times. Sorry, it was bothering me, like OCD.

Get better and stay off the "organ donor mobile". You got lucky. Most people I had to pick up after getting hit by a car on a motorcycle didn't do half as well as you.

Can't the mods see who posted the tags?? If they can, the taggers should be treated as any poster that breaks the rules as if it were an actual post.

I can not seem to find my pics of the crash I will keep looking for them. Ya it wasn't fun and i basically had to swallow my pride as I walked into the room and talk to my dad about getting back on. But I am glad I did. I literally had tears roiling down my cheek as me and my dad took a ride together on our bikes when I got the bike.
