Does a powered subwoofer connected to the B speaker terminals present a load to the amplifier?

well if the high level inputs can take alot of power ...depends on how much power your amp puts out if the high level inputs cant handle say 100 watts your going to have some trouble..... ...I take it you dont have a dedicated sub out?

Well...sort of. I have a Marantz integrated PM7001. It has one preout that's currently being split to two receivers in different rooms. That, coupled with wanting to put the sub far from the amp, had me wondering about using the B terminals. The A terminals are running Lsi9's (4 ohms) so I was concerned about the total load.
