Funny little programming error

My college uses Pipeline for students to keep track of class schedules, housing, meal plans, payment plans, etc. And on the homepage of Pipeline, there's a little block that tells you about the local weather. I guess they're having a bit of an issue in the code or the source data for rounding off the numbers!
