RTi8 better than Athena F2?

I found the RTi8 and Csi3 cheap so I couldn't resist buying them. I was wondering how much better the RTI8 is to my current Athena F2? Also, is the CSi3 much better than the CS2 or the Athena C1 center? Or did I basically waste my money?

Just listen to them and decide for yourself.

Well, I ordered them online and it was an impulse buy. If the RTi8 is similar and not better than my Athena F2, then I might cancel the order. I guess I want to hear from people with experience between the 2 speakers. I would rather save myself the hassle of shipping these speakers back. Now if these are better but when I get them and they don't sound good to me, then that's a different story and I don't mind that. I just need to know if these are indeed better than my Athena F2.

Well, to be bluntly honest - you'll have to decide for yourself.

Asking strangers on the internet for confirmation of an impulse buy is like asking your therapist for confirmation of your character...."what do YOU feel"?

Haha, that is true, but still there are so many people here that have tons of experience on speakers. I thought maybe they could tell me which one is better. Sort of like if I asked whether a Honda Civic was better than a Nissan Altima. Yes, you would have to drive it to see which one you liked ultimately better, but everyone will say that the Nissan is the better car.

I've heard the athena's at best buy (i think that was the model) and although they sound good, i like the RTi more. I think the RTi is more performance oriented.
