Seems like these Jl audio subs are the next best thing since sliced bread. Anyone here have any experience with them? If so please share your thoughts. Are they really as good as everyone says they are or is it all hype? Thanks.

I know their car audio subs have been setting benchmarks in subwoofers since the early 90's so I wouldnt be surprised their home audio line was something pretty special.polkaudio sound quality competitor since 2005

They are the real deal. There are a few subs that can play louder & deeper but if you want the awesome performance & not have a huge box then the JL's are worth a look. The drivers are alot like the W7 car sub but tweaked & have much more excursion so they can handle movie soundtracks. Also sound quality is suposed to be second to none.

They are the real deal if you can fork out the dollars. I'd suggest the SVS PB13U which is right in the same performance category for way less coin.Shoot the jumper.....................BALLIN.............!!!!!
