I used to live in Newington right off the Berlin Tpk. If I were there they would be mine;) $40 no brainer.

Looks like Polk Monitor 10s... the original ones. I think the later ones had the binding plates lower in the cabinets.

Are they work $40? I just got monitor 11s for $20, so i dont really need these, but i figure i could sell them later for a little more then $40? Or at least break even if i dont like them, should they sound similar/better/worse then the 11s i got?

They appear to have a smaller 8? or 10? inch passive radiator 2 smaller midrange drives and a tweeter but......the tweeter is at the bottom? I thought the guy had them upside down, but the label is in the correct spot on the back (didn't check to see what model they were yet, figures right)

But anyway, I'm going to set them up, they sounded good at the guys house, but I still may sell them-I just got monitor 11s a few days ago, so if anyone is interested let me know.

Good score monitor 10's they get anywhere from $100 to $150. The higher would be max with peerless tweeters.

Yea they don't have the peerless unfortunatley, but my monitor 11s do! But anyway the monitor 10s are way more compact, but still sounded pretty good, the nonpeerless? tweeter soundes good as well. I just don't think i have room for both sets haha, we'll see though.

What I'm killing for is a pair of monitor 12s, I think i'd stop there haha, or else I'd be getting into SDAs or SRSes? haha and I'd have no room for that.

12's are cool, and rare, but if you are going that large you should look for SDA's;) or some RTA11's or 15's.

Ya I think I am going to offer them for sale, because I don't really have any space for them, so if interested make offers. :)
