It's a tall order listing all the different iterations of SDA's. At one time esteemed member Darqueknight put out a very nice publication called "The SDA Compendium" which had everything you wanted to know about SDA's and more. Sadly the 2nd edition is sold out.
The great thing is most of the info was gathered from various threads over the years or has been talked about in various threads. What I'm saying is all the info is scattered here on the forum and DK added some of his own info but the exercise was mostly to put the info (already avail) in an easy to access booklet.
