Parasound run as monos

Bought a HCA 2200II for dirt cheap at a Estate sale this weekend that matches the one I picked up here a few months ago.....I see by the switch on the back they can be run as monos...no experince running amps in mono........the LS90's show to be 8 ohms .....worth it or better off just using one amp. Or bi amp??

    As long as you are not driving a 4ohm speaker, you should be fine according to Parasound. I have 2 HCA-1000's and just recently picked up the HCA-1500. Parasound indicates that the single 1500 is better than running the 1000's in mono. I will put it to the test this weekend so I’ll report back.
