Anybody using Polk DSW subs for 2ch?

I really like my PSW650 but I've never been able to get it to work out 100% in my set up. My guess would be the positions of the woofers. This sub works by giving the listener pure reflected energy.
Also, my La Scala speakers are not considered full range. Many owners set up the x-over at 100+hz. The problem with the 650 is that it is very powerful in the 60-100+hz and not as powerful in very deep bass. Again maybe, it's the room. I'm completely satisfied with the low freq performance but would love to improve speed and extension.
Do the DSW subs play relatively flat to 30Hz and below?
The thing that really got me thinking about them is the Polk's AutoPRO feature and, of course, their small size. Being less than a cubic foot for the 2000 is a real turn on for me. I may get two and place one beside each main speaker. Please don't suggest bigger subs, the room is already filled with speakers and gear everywhere.
So how well does the AutoPRO do its job in getting the sub's performance optimized for the given room?
And finally, this is why I decided to post this in the 2ch forum... How well do the DSW subs perform in music and in those who are using them in their 2ch rigs?
Thanks

Oh yeah, just thought I'd save some of you some time here. I know many will suggest that I play around with placement.
I've had my 650 since it first came out many years ago and have had plenty of time to play with placement. Also, the position of the woofer limits your placement options. I'm burnt out. -
I am also looking at the micro series subs (4000). I currently have the dsw 600 and I am wanting a little more. Interesting to see what others say considering you don't hear a lot about that line

True. I just found out about them before posting lol.

Thanks for the link, Leroyjr. That was very helpful. I may have to get one or two.

I have heard the new DSW subs. Granted it was a fairly quick run through during Polk's demo program. A local Polkie got a hold of one. We spent a couple hours with it at a local gathering and I was impressed with the look, build quality and most of all the sound. Much more musical than the PSW series. My friend bought a PSW 650 on my recommendation and it's a great HT sub, it slams but it's not musical at all. The DSW's seem to be a good compromise between music and HT.

I'm running a DSW MicroPro 2000 with EPOS ELS-3 speakers in a 2 ch. rig. It blends very nice with the mini-monitors and I've been really impressed with the sub. The auto-room correction and the room placement settings are excellent! Not to mention that remote control on a sub is just the greatest thingDKG999

How does it compare to other subs in the same price range?

Sounds like Polk made some killer subs. Thanks Heiney and Dkg.
